FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do we need to bring our own bedding?
No, we provide all your bedding. All we ask is you strip the bedding when returning the Motorhome.
Do we need to bring condiments such as Tea Bags, Coffee, Sugar, Ketchup, Brown Sauce, Mayo, Salt and Pepper?
No, we include all of those for you in the price of your hire.
Do we need to bring toilet rolls, washing up liquid and cleaning materials?
No, again we provide all that in your hire cost. If however you do run out of toilet rolls, you must only buy 2 Ply Rolls.
Is there a limit on the mileage?
No, we offer unlimited mileage, but you are responsible for wear and tear whilst the vehicle is in your possession, i.e. tyre damage or replacement.
Does the Motorhome have Air Con?
It does at the front of the vehicle and the engine needs to be running. It blows to the rear of the vehicle and is a good supply, but the engine has to be on. There is also a ventilation system that blows out cold air, just not air conditioned air when the engine is not running.
Does the Motorhome have Satellite TV?
it does yes and the TV is a Smart TV. We also have Wifi onboard so you can link it to the smart TV and log into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITVX, YouTube etc. Obviously the Wifi and Satellite TV is subject to signal in the area you are parked for the night.
Is the Motorhome Automatic or Manual Gearbox?
Our Motorhome is Automatic
Can the Motorhome be taken to Europe?
Yes it can be, however we have to make sure you have a certificate onboard with you all the time that has given you permission to take the vehicle out of the UK.
Does the Motorhome have parking sensors and rear view camera?
Yes, we ordered these as extras to make moving the vehicle that bit easy. Still be careful of the rear end swinging out when you are turning though.
Does the Motorhome have Satellite Navigation?
Yes it does have an inbuilt system that is designed for motorhomes, but our vehicle also has Apple Car Play and Android Auto.
Can we come and view the Motorhome before booking?
Yes, absolutely. We know you will love it so you are more than welcome.
